Customer relations


We pride ourselves in offering a customer focused experience, and after over 50 years of operations we continue to place great emphasis on safety and reliability. However, like all airlines we are sometimes obliged to reschedule or cancel flights and regrettably flights can be delayed. We accept our responsibility to assist and compensate customers in certain circumstances as defined by the European Union Regulation 261/2004. If you have experienced a problem relating to your Meridiana flight being Delayed, Rerouted or Cancelled, or you were Denied Boarding or Downgraded please let us know by completing this form.
We will investigate your complaint and make every effort to resolve it within 6 weeks. Attention the complaint form is individual, it must be filled in by each passenger in the reservation code.
